Due to the many requests that we have received we are returning to the Pollensa Park Hotel, Puerto Pollensa, Majorca. This 3star Hotel offers an excellent buffet meal service in a spacious restaurant. It has generous bar and lounge areas and many of its bedrooms have recently been refurbished.
It has an excellent large freshwater swimming pool, evening entertainment and the Hotels location is just a stroll from the attractive promenade.
Puerto Pollensa is a relatively quiet peaceful resort. The town is without doubt the nerve centre for Bird Watching in Majorca. Located nearby you have the fabulous marshes which are probably the best wetland site on any Mediterranean island.
This area of the island which includes the Boquer Valley is also the stop off for many different breeds of birds during the April / May migration period
between Europe and Africa. Our 3 man walking team led by Richard Strutt will have three grades: Moderate, Easy and walks for Strollers. Majorca is renowned for its superb walks and our excellent programme ranges from gentle strolls around the area of Puerto Pollensa with Leonard Bedford to Richard’s walks that will include coastal and mountainous walks.
This Northern area of Majorca offers a great variety of scenery and terrain all within the grades. We explore the mountains, villages and coast on
good paths and tracks. We feel that we have walks to suit everyone no matter what your experience may be.
