Each venue is a high quality hotel with its own first class health club. On arrival everyone is given an individual programme for the day which will include a choice of 2 from the 25-minute treatments listed:



CHOOSE 2 OF THE FOLLOWING
Face & Neck Massage,
Back Body Massage,
Therapeutic hand & foot massage or
Exfoliation of the Back.


Additional treatments are available for a nominal charge.

A delicious and healthy lunch is provided and complimentary soft drinks and fruit throughout the day. These special ‘pamper days’ commence at 9.30am and finish at 5.00pm approximately.
