A woman relaxing during a pamper day spa experienceOn each of these special days we re-create the experience of one of our Bodycare Spa Breaks. Each venue is a high quality hotel with its own first class health club. On arrival everyone is given an individual programme for the day which will include a choice of 2 from the 25-minute treatments listed:

Face & Neck Massage,
Back Body Massage,
Therapeutic hand & foot massage or
Exfoliation of the Back.


Additional treatments are available for a nominal charge.
