Jo combines her dance performance and choreographic background with her Exercise and Fitness degree to develop truly outstanding fitness presentations. Awarded the "New Presenter of the Millennium" in 2000, Jo hasn't looked back since. She is a co-founder of the sell-out national "Wicked Tours" with Steve Watson. Renowned for being totally approachable, she has a very special ability to teach even the most complicated routines successfully whilst transmitting her inspiring energy.

Jo now devotes her time to consulting for pure energy as music and product development and also pure energy presenter and choreographer. She is also a Senior Crew Member for Urban Funk, the Next Generation of Street dance classes.
