Lincoln has his own business, Total Fitness. This specialises in aerobics, personal training, dance choreography and master class presentations. His master class presentations around the World have earned him the reputation for teaching fun, dynamic and stylish presentations. HE also has a BSc degree in Recreation Management and Sports Science

As well as presenting at all of the major UK conventions, he has presented internationally for 8 years, working in over 20 countries, including Italy, Spain, Denmark, France, China, Portugal, Germany, Mexico, Ukraine, Switzerland, France, Russia and Holland. He was runner up in the competition by Shape magazine to find Germany's International Presenter of the Year for 2003, and presented at the prestigious IDEA Convention, Las Vegas in 1999. Linx has written a dance fitness aerobic program for the Central YMCA, and now has 14 choreography videos ranging from hi/lo to streetdance. He also has had his own TV Slot on the popular Big Breakfast TV Show, teaching streetdance fitness, and works within schools and Youth groups promoting streetdance as a form of fitness.
