Winner of the 2004 pure energy presenter search, Rachel has an extensive background in dance and fitness, and holds the philosophy that fitness should be exciting and fun - which is evident in her flawless presentations. She has presented at major conventions in the UK and also abroad in lanzarote and Iceland. Rachel holds a first class honours degree in Sport and Recreation and once embarked upon a teacher training course for primary schools but opted out for fitness intstead. She is a 26 year old Leo and lives with-  2 Dogs - Scooby (cross great dane) and Cleo (king charles caviler) - oh and Jamie Tunstall!! -
