In November we are teaming up with Champneys for a very special weekend break. If you enjoy our Spa Fitness Weekends then you will simply love our Champneys Spa Fitness Experience at the Champneys Springs Resort near Ashby de la Zouche in Leicestershire. Springs was the UK’s first purpose built health farm and is now one of the most advanced health spas in the country. As you cross the water walkway with fish swimming below your feet, your worries will just disappear. Surrounded by wide open parklands Springs oozes space and light.
Springs has completed a 10 million refurbishment programme, making the facilities simply unsurpassable. The luxurious facilities include: Impressive 25 metre indoor swimming pool, therapeutic Thalassotherapy pool, separate male and female spa areas, steam and sauna rooms and a physiotherapy department dedicated to specialising in rehabilitation and sports related injuries. The recently equipped gym features all the latest equipment for you to try out.
Your weekend experiences starts when you arrive on Friday morning and settle in before having lunch (included). In the afternoon our programme of fitness classes with the country’s top instructors starts and you can also choose from fantastic range of personal beauty treatments in Champney’s world class Spa including one free Thalassotherapy Pool Session One of the delights of Champneys is mealtimes. Delicious gourmet cuisine, beautifully presented is a highlight of every stay. Breakfast and lunch are served in a relaxed buffet style and on both evenings we have a specially selected three-course Dinner
Our programme of classes with a team of top fitness experts will run throughout Saturday and Sunday morning
