A Spa Fitness Weekend is all about being happy and healthy. You can enjoy the highest standards of facilities and service plus an unrivalled programme of exercise, dance, relaxation and mind body activities taking place throughout the weekend. Whether you are a fitness enthusiast or are just looking for a relaxing break, these Spa Fitness experiences will help you make the most of your weekend away.

The emphasis is always on enjoyment with fun, motivational exercise and relaxing classes to stimulate your mind and body and leave you both invigorated and relaxed at the same time.

Each weekend has a team of top instructors with a reputation for being great motivators. They will be teaching a broad range of classes that typically includes: Dance, Lo Impact Aerobics, Body Conditioning, Pilates, Street Dance, Stability Ball, Stretch & Relaxation, Yoga, Tai Chi, Zumba®, Punch Bag Workouts, Hula Hoop, Boot Camps, Flexi-Bar®, Hip & Thigh® and talks on a number of topics from Positive Thinking to Bach Flower Remedies, Nutrition to Angels. Also on offer during the weekend are a range of personal pampering treatments

The weekend starts on Friday afternoon with an easy welcome class before dinner on Friday evening which is a three course meal prepared especially by the hotel’s chef. Vegetarian and healthy meal options are available.

Following dinner there is usually evening entertainment for those in the party spirit or you can simply relax with friends in the hotel lounge.

Each morning there is the option of either a full cooked English or continental breakfast. As Saturday’s activities get under way you can make your choice from an extensive programme. You can choose to do as much or as little as you like and there will be plenty of advice on hand if you feel unsure about which classes to choose.

On Sunday there is a similar although shorter programme finishing at about 2.00pm.

Programmes vary from one venue to another.

Light lunches and bar snacks will be available to purchase on both Saturday and Sunday.
