Adam Jones

Adam Jones has worked in the fitness industry for over 10 years. He is a Les Mills Presenter and Trainer for BODYATTACK™. He also teaches CXWORX™ & LES MILLS GRIT™. I absolutely love what I do! The fact I get to meet people who are in the same mind set, who enjoy sharing the energy and passion for fitness is fantastic. With every class I teach I strive to inspire and motivate as many people as possible to have happier and healthier lives.

Alex Done

Alex has been in the fitness and pilates profession for over 6 years now. Since then she has delivered falls prevention classes, chair based exercise for the MS society , fitness classes and of course multilevel pilates classes. Whilst delivering these classes Alex trained as a Physiotherapist and gained a range of experience both in the NHS and in private practices. Alex now works specifically with musculoskeletal conditions and is always implementing evidence based research into her classes. Finally, Alex is a huge advocate of mental health and is an ambassador for BEAT, she aims to make her sessions both physically and mentally rewarding.

Amelia Aramu

Professional dancer , teacher and Choreographer specialising in Hip Hop and House Dance. Master Trainer , Presenter and Founder of SupaFresh Dance Movement in U.K.
Amelia is originally from Italy and started to dance Acrobatic Rock and Roll and Swing dance at the age of 10. Since then she has been in love with Hip Hop culture. She studied in New York and Paris with the pioneers of Hip Hop and House dance.

During the last 18 years she has performed Street dance in Italy for several Hip Hop dance companies and has since founded her own Urban Dance Company: Sarda Family.

She moved to London in 2012 and decided to bring my dance experience into the fitness industry.

She currently teaches hip hop and house dance for some of the best clubs in London and also presents at some of the most popular fitness events in UK.

Her dream is to share the love and passion she has for this music dance and culture with everybody .

Anna Smith has been involved with group fitness management for over 25 years and currently teaches alongside her coaching role motivating children and families to be more active at school and in leisure time, she is also the training manager for WaterWorks Fitness. Beko Kaygee

International Presenter and Master Trainer Beko Kaygee is a movement specialist who has been promoting exercise, health and well-being for over 25 years. His programmes cover a wide range of activities including Fitness, Dance, Martial Arts & Holistic Health Methods and emphasize making all exercise Fun, Safe and Accessible to anyone. Creator of Yoga Vibes™, Capoeira Fitness (UK), Tribal Yoga, Bhangra Beat- Bollywood Feet, Dynamic Chi Yoga, Tribal Jam, 'Bend it with Beko' and 'Blade' - the movie inspired workout. A course Tutor and Assessor for 15+ years, Beko has worked for several of the major UK Fitness Industry Training Providers as well as Yoga & Tai Chi Schools. Ben Grant

Ben is a Les Mills UK trainer and presenter in BODYATTACK™, BODYSTEP™ and BODYVIVE™.He has worked in the fitness industry since 2006 as a fitness instructor and PT and worked for 3 of the biggest health cub chains as a group exercise manager.

He has now been teaching Les Mills programmes for 10 years, reaching trainer and presenter status 5 years ago. His role includes delivering masterclasses across the UK and presenting on stage at Les Mills Live events. He is also a development coach to help progress other members of the instructor tribe and has presenter on the BODYSTEP™ training DVD

Ben was also a presenter for WaterWorks, an aqua style class, for 2 years.

Carly Linnecor

My name is Carly Linnecor and I'm a mum of two young children and a qualified Totally Shredded®, Zumba® and Jungle Body Instructor. I met Sara Petit when I attended a Calasara Fitness Zumba class and absolutely loved it. Within 2 months of attending classes Sara had recruited me to train up and become an Instructor too!
Following a succession of my own classes under the Calasara name I was then introduced to The Jungle Body in 2013 and their Flagship programme KONGA®. Since then I have not looked back.
I began teaching Totally Shredded in October 2016. I decided to attend the training course after seeing clips of Totally Shredded classes on Facebook. I totally fell in love with this program; the music, the concept and the amazing feeling to share this with others. It's simply the best!
I have been part of Calasara for 4 years now and involved in some fantastic events and experiences. I feel fitter than ever these days and love pushing myself to do new challenges.

Ceri teaches a wide range of different classes from her own studio and also specialises in Pre and Postnatal exercise and pelvic floor health. Cherry is one of the UK's most popular and most sought after teacher, trainer and presenter. Teaching in the fitness arena for over 34 years, she is known as one of the industry's leading veterans! Cherry is mum to three young ladies and when not lecturing and presenting around the country she can be found teaching at The Pilates Studio in Glossop.
Cherry had her first book published August 2004. She is the author of 'Exercise & Pregnancy' & 'Total Core Strength On the Ball'.
Cherry has been involved in teaching pre and postnatal exercise for over 26 years!
She has trained many teachers and midwives to become pre and postnatal exercise specialists and has worked with hundreds of mums throughout their pregnancy and after delivery as well as exercising throughout all her own pregnancies.
Cherry is renowned in the industry for her sense of humour and user friendly approach to health and exercise.

Chloe & Francesca Townsend

We grew up not only as twins but best friends enjoying the same hobbies, of which dance and fitness was always our favourite. This has really benefited us as we have qualified as instructors together, and now run our own successful business running classes together. Our unique relationship allows us to offer a different and fun approach when teaching, which we have been told gives our customers a whole new experience in fitness training

Chrissy Harper

Chrissy is a presenter, P. T., Reebok Ambassador, master trainer for Armageddon Fitness and head national Fight Klub® master trainer. He is a well-known fitness presenter on the convention circuit.

His martial arts background includes kickboxing, TKD, Capoeira along with his current study of Wing Chun Kuen.

After suffering from a bad knee injury that ended his football career Chrissy turned to personal training and rehabilitation, helping others overcome their injuries. He worked with a range of people from pop stars, young GB skiers to premiership footballers. He now combines his rehabilitation and personal training work with Group exercise presenting a variety of classes but still with a passion for martial arts.

Ciaran Cashmore and Elly Bland

Ciaran and Elly have a unique approach to fitness combining their experience in pilates, yoga and thai massage to create PureStretch. They don't overthink or overteach but encourage fun with flexibility to get the most out of purestretch

Claire Grundy

Claire has been working in the fitness industry for just over 20 yrs and 18 yrs teaching aqua aerobics. She has been the health and fitness manager at goldenstones leisure centre for 10 years, but now works part time after having two children and work as the group excercise coordinator over two sites. She teaches a variety of classes from pure stretch, Kettlebells, body pump, step, metafit and studio cycling with Aqua being her favourite. "I love tutoring the waterfitness courses and passing my experience and passion on to others just starting out in the fitness industry."

Doyle Armstrong

Doyle has worked in the fitness industry since 1999 where he began life as a fitness instructor whilst completing his degree in Sports Science and Physical Education. Upon completion of his degree he worked in both the public and private sector within a variety of roles including Personal Trainer, Studio Instructor, Studio Coordinator, Fitness Manager and as part of the management team.
Following a competitive sports career in Martial Arts, Doyle also honed his skills as a sports coach from age 16 and translated that into indoor cycling in 2004 combining his love of the outdoor pursuit with his interest in training and development. Gillian Cawte

A member of the British Wheel of Yoga and Senior Teacher with Yoga Alliance UK, Gillian has practiced yoga since 1999. She undertook her teacher training at The Life Centre in London from 2005 to 2007. Over the past twenty years, Gillian has studied with a wide variety of international teachers, including Mukunda Stiles, Aadil Palkhivala, Richard Freeman, Max Strom, Donna Fahri and Lama Tsultrim Allione. Her current teachers are Sarah and Ty Powers, and on whos programmes she gained their Yin Yoga Level 5 Diploma Teacher Training Certification. During 2013 to 2014 she completed Sarah Powers 200 hour Yin Insight Teacher Training and has since completed a 500-hour Insight Training Programme. In May 2018 Gillian completed a six-month Level III Insight Yoga Training studying the Buddha Dharma. Gillian has also trained with Bernie Clark in Vancouver in 2014. Gillian teaches classes in her studio in Belton, a village near Doncaster in South Yorkshire. Her teaching style incorporates Hatha Yoga with flows and yin. She encourages her students to feel their poses rather than the focusing on the aesthetics of the pose. Gillian emphasizes how each individual student can respect and tune in to their own unique body. She explains how poses are performed and likes her students to be comfortably challenged. Turning your mind inwards during yoga can help you identify any areas of the body that feel tight. Gillian emphasizes the fact that all bodies are unique and students should respect their own limitations, breathing into these areas to help release tension. She encourages her students to take yoga off their mats and into their daily lives, focusing on Buddhist principles.

Jason Kashoumeri

Jason's background originated at a very young age in dance and the performing arts where he went onto perform and choreograph professionally. He quickly stepped into the fitness industry bringing a love and passion of music, movement and dance and quickly became one of the youngest UK Master Trainers for a fitness program at this time. Jason is now an international fitness presenter having traveled to the United States and all over Europe presenting and training future instructors. Additionally as a personal trainer and advance nutritionist, Jason seeks to help people understand all links between a healthy mind, body and soul and incorporates a very holistic approach within his attitude to his work. When you feel good, everything else falls into place. His classes are nothing short of this feel good feeling.

Jay Banks

Jay has recently joined the Beachbody Master Trainer team delivering and presenting INSANITY LIVE, CORE DE FORCE LIVE, Cize LIVE and P90X LIVE. Jay has been on the fitness scene for the past 10 years after moving over from the world of professional dance where he performed on board cruise ships, toured with pop artists and west end musicals. As well as presenting Jay is 2016-2017 IFS personal trainer of the year and Optimum Nutrition, Gold Standard Group fitness instructor of the year 2017-2018.

Jenny Jolliffe

Jenny brings 25 years of industry experience to her classes and is the creator of WaterWorks Fitness. She's passionate about the quality of content and delivery of group fitness classes within the fitness industry and in giving customer satisfaction.

She has a background as an operations manager, account manager, educator, Les Mills trainer/presenter, instructor and personal trainer. Jenny's passion for customer satisfaction drives her desire to encourage more people to participate in fitness related activities; altruistically changing more lives.

Jess McDonald

Jess McKee

Jess presents dance and fitness all over the world and is one of the European Master trainer team for Pound - a drumming inspired workout. Jess is a qualified Yin and Yang Yoga teacher and believes balance and mindfulness is the key to wellness.

A career in fitness evolved after Jess realised she got great satisfaction from passing on the feeling that dance and fitness gave her. She believes that goals are important but you have to enjoy the journey and fun fitness classes are the perfect way to do so. When she is not jumping around, sweating or doing a physical charity challenge such as the London marathon or trekking the Sahara she advocates doing yoga and meditation.

Jo Ali

Presenting for 18 years, Jo delivers Street Dance, Step and Dance aerobic sessions in the UK and Internationally. A Reebok sponsored athlete, Jo is renowned for her friendly approach and ability to breakdown complex routines so anyone can do them.

Jo Cooper

International fitness presenter and fitness model Jo began her fitness career in 2009. Now sponsored by Reebok & Tikiboo Jo teaches a wide range of fitness programs from Zumba® to Armageddon to aqua and is educational specialist for Booiaka.

She first trained as a gym instructor but came into her own when she did her ETM and became a group fitness instructor. Jo was given an incredible opportunity teaching at a huge fitness event and now presents various programs regularly at several fitness conventions throughout the year.
She teaches fun fitness classes in the community and in the local gyms. Her charisma and teaching style is one of a kind and she has presented to classes of up to 3000 at one time.

Jordan Ritchie

JP Omari

JP Omari is a multi-award winning Hip Hop dancer, teacher, coach and choreographer who has worked hard and extensively to become THE leading Hip Hop dance figure in Brighton & Hove. He has performed , taught and judged competitions around the world and is widely respected in the UK dance scene. JP became the UK's first bboy (breakdancer) to take part in a reality TV dance show when he took part in the BBC's Strictly Dance Fever in 2006 reaching the semi-finals with his dance partner, Stacey Gaunt. Since then, he has worked with chart topping artists such as Dizzee Rascal, Sean Paul and Orbital. JP created FunkFit - a dance fitness class to funk, soul, Motown, groove and disco classics where the emphasis is on dancing (no choreography) and having fun where you will naturally get fit, sweat and work out. JP aims on making FunkFit, the new global dance fitness phenomenon.
He is the founder of Streetfunk - the South Coast's biggest and most successful Hip Hop dance school based in Brighton. and a multi-accredited choreographer coaching talented children in a number of Streetfunk competition crews to win South Coast, South East, Southern, UK, European and World streetdance championship titles.
JP is the co-owner of the Marina Studios. A beautiful dance studio complex based in the Brighton Marina, which was built from scratch with the help of the Streetfunk Family (students and parents). Blood, sweat and tears have built this amazing complex which many youngsters call "home" and train hard to become world class. The Marina Studios deliver dance and fitness classes and provide rehearsal space for dance practitioners in Brighton. JP knows no boundary and is intent on spreading his love and passion to dance and music worldwide.

Justin Riley

Justin Riley is a Les Mills Trainer and Presenter for BODYPUMP™, BODYCOMBAT™ and CXWORX™. He has won many awards including Trainer of the year (2011) and Values Champion of the year (2014) and was runner up in 2015.

Having presented in many different countries like Switzerland, Russia and Spain he has also presented on Instructor DVD's filmed in New Zealand with Les Mills.

Katie Galbraith

I have 8 years experience in the fitness industry, where my main passion is teaching Les Mills classes and Pilates. I love the buzz created in these classes and people enjoying themselves getting fit. I spent a year working out in the Les Mills Gym in Auckland NZ which was a fantastic experience. I recently joined the UK trainer team as a Body Step presenter. During the day I work as a GP referral - this is a really rewarding job, just getting people moving and living a healthier life!

Kerry Ferguson

Kerry has been a Master Trainer and Presenter for Powerhoop® since 2011 and travelled Europe training people in this amazing fitness concept. She is also Head Trainer on their workout DVD's if you would like to Powerhoop with her at home.

After graduating from Liverpool John Moore's with a BA Hons Drama and then working in entertainments for the next 5 years after that Kerry assumed this was where she would continue to work. However, having always had a love for sport and exercise and it didn't take her long to discover the fitness industry. "I got to train, socialise, choreograph and perform all at the same time, what a much better career choice"

Larz - AKA the energy man - is a Nike International Master Trainer that has been teaching around the world for more than 23 years. He specialises in hiphop/streetdance, step v2, Ntv and is a Guru in Holland for the Fitness Market industry.

In Holland he has worked with a lot of tv shows such as Holland Got Talent, Move Like Michale, So You Think You Can Dance and is also a much sort after DJ.

Leah Burcombe

Leah has been working in the fitness industry for 6 years since graduating from university with an English degree. While indoor cycling is her main passion she also plans to put her degree to use by writing a fitness/lifestyle book. Her working life has been dedicated to fitness, from management roles with various operators to personal training, and now works as a freelance instructor and Master Trainer for Team ICG. Her favourite music choices are often evocative and atmospheric and her coaching style reflects this - calm, clear and persuasive. Though she's not afraid to raise her voice when the going gets tough!

Leila Coulter

Leila has been immersed in fitness personally and professionally for over 20 years. As a runner, swimmer and cyclist Leila is a accomplished athlete, competing for Great Britain in her age group at the European Triathlon Championships in 2010 and competes in triathlon across all distances from sprint to Ironman distance. This passion led the start of a career in fitness, leaving behind a 15 year career in Human Resources. Leila trained as a coach for the British Triathlon Federation, qualified as a Personal Trainer, ETM, Pilates, Zumba, Step and Totally Shredded instructor, all in the space of two years! Leila now teaches Zumba, Strong by Zumba and Pilates on a full time basis as well as launching her own concept of a dance fitness, Funky Fever Fitness!

Lindsay Jay

Lindsay Jay is an international Fitness Presenter speciaising in body conditioning, yoga & Zumba® fitness.

She is a mother of two young children and they provide her with the drive to motivate other women into fitness and health. From a young age it has always been her passion to encourage and engage people into exercise in a way that they will be enjoyable and memorable not burdensome. Natalie is renowned for her dynamic energy and enthusiastic delivery of freestyle group exercise. Her infectious energy is what keeps people moving and wanting more. In her free time Natalie can be found lifting in the free weights area in her nearest gym.

Nicola Franklin

Nicola has been teaching BODYPUMP™™ and BODYCOMBAT™ since November 2010. She started her career as a freelance instructor around a full time desk job, and after attending Advanced Instructor Module Training (AIM2) was invited to be mentored for the trainer team. She joined the trainer team in June 2013 after being selected from the first Les Mills Trainer Bootcamp under Dave Kyle as Head Trainer. She is now a BODYPUMP® trainer and presenter, and also a Les Mills GRIT® coach and presenter and a BODYCOMBAT® presenter. She is also a Development Coach for other members of the team in BODYPUMP®. Nicola has presented at Alexandra Palace, The Excel Centre London, Liverpool and Manchester Arena at several Les Mills Live events - huge fitness events where thousands of professionals and fitness enthusiast come together for one epic workout. Nicola has also presented at the Fitpro convention in London showcasing Les Mills BODYPUMP®. She was invited to New Zealand in April 2015 as a shadow presenter on BODYPUMP® 95, which was one of her most treasured and memorable experiences of her Les Mills career to date. Outside of Les Mills, Nicola is a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Chinese Style Kickboxing, and is an instructor for Zheng Dao Lo Martial Arts Academy. She has won and came second in semi-contact points and Continuous Black Belt category fights at Portsmouth ZDL Martial Arts Tournaments. Two years ago Nicola entered the So Fresh Charity Bodybuilding Competition for Cystic Fibrosis and was placed First in the Bikini Model category.

Ollie Ritch

Ollie has been in the fitness industry for over 9 years starting out as a Personal Trainer and he now owns his own Bootcamp too. With sport and fitness being his main hobby and passion, he has completed various big challenges including the London marathon twice and an Ironman triathlon. Known for his excellent people skills and vibrant personality, Ollie absolutely loves to teach and inspire others to reach their potential. As an ICG Master Trainer, Ollie teaches educations for instructors and at events he brings plenty of expertise, energy and beautiful music to light up the room.

Owain Hicks

Owain began his journey in health & fitness in 2010 and with a passion for group exercise he has coached indoor cycling and other disciplines ever since. Owain has also worked as a General Manager within the health & fitness industry and is a qualified football referee, officiating at the highest tier of domestic football within his home country - Wales. Owain is currently a Master Trainer for ICG®, based in South West England & Wales and has a passion for supporting trainers to create unique experiences to encourage existing and new participants to experience the power of indoor cycling.

Paulina Skladanowska

Paulina joined Les Mills UK in February 2017 and is currently a Trainer and Presenter in BODYSTEP™. She also teaches BODYATTACK™, BODYPUMP™, CXWORX™, RPM™, BODYBALANCE™ and GRIT™. 'My interest in fitness and in particular group exercise started 5 years ago when I stepped into a gym studio and took part in a BODYPUMP class. The energy in the room was contagious, the feeling afterwards was incredible. I instantly noticed the positive effect LES MILLS classes had on people and I just knew I wanted to be a part of the Tribe. Fast-forward 2 years and I qualified in my first LES MILLS program'. 'I truly believe that group exercise changes peoples' lives. With every single class that I teach, be it to 5, 50 or 500 people I strive to inspire as many people as I can to have a happy and healthy life; I want my members to fall in love with movement and share this passion with others; I want us all to create a positive change in the world - one workout at a time!'

My Name is Peter Borsos from Hungary and I have been teaching aerobics for 15 years now. I teach at Hungarian Fitness Acaddemy as well (basic education for future trainers), and I also have three own style that I teach for instructors (Cardio kick-box, FitBody training and Dbads Fitness). In last year october I have done shadowboxer master trainer course, and now I am the official shadowboxer master trainer in hungary. I had been in Sydney for 3 years as a personall trainer and freestyle aerobics instructor.

Rachael Flynn

I was first drawn to yoga at a time in my life when I felt like my body was failing me, growing up I had always been athletic and followed my passion to study Sport at University. However after being unwell for about a year, I struggled to regain back my physical and mental strength. Three years later I forced myself to go to my first yoga class, I immediately knew I was in the right place. Yoga taught me to be still, be kind and be gentle to myself and for the first time I knew how to breathe properly. It wasn't long before any anxiety subsided and I began to feel a change. I just needed to surrender to myself and thats where my journey began. I now love nothing more than sharing the practice of yoga and ultimately just giving people the space they need. We live in a society where we are busy 24/7 and often feel guilty if we take time out for ourselves. Thats where Yoga steps in and gives you just what you need to fill your cup back up. I aim to create a space where everyone feels safe, relaxed and welcome to practice and explore no matter what size or shape they are. The tools we learn can be taken off the mat to help manage stress and promote relaxation in your everyday lives. Yoga taught me the meaning of self-care and most importantly how to do it. Without it I didn't know how to switch off, breathe and just be.

Richard Callender

For over 18 years Richard has devoted his life to working in the fitness industry and is widely known and recognised as an approachable fitness expert, group fitness presenter, writer and television personality both in the UK and internationally.

After leaving academia he went on to work for Fitness First where he moved through the ranks to becoming a club General Manager and then Southern Regional Fitness Manager before leaving to consult for various public and private health clubs.

His passion for people and fitness meant that he never stopped teaching, dancing, choreographing and training while in management. Eventually he returned to his roots and has become a widely respected and approachable fitness expert, tutor and presenter. He created his own streetdance brand, Urban Funk, then went on to create more fitness brands which finally led onto the creation of Armageddon. He has featured as a fitness expert/personal trainer on a variety of TV programmes including: This Morning, Sky News, BBC News, ITV, Jordan/Katie and Peter and Newsround. He is most recognised as one of the trainers on ITVs The Biggest Loser.
He also has series of successful celebrity Fitness DVD's to his credit including working with Katie Price, Vicky Entwistle, Dancing on Ice Dancercise Fitness, Biggest Loser and more recently with Charlotte Crosby.

With a fitness career that has spanned two decades and a constant drive to keep pushing the boundaries and energy levels matched by his passion, Richard is very much still the genuinely positive and optimistic individual that started out many years ago in the industry wanting to change the world.

Sandra Rust had a varied career as a nurse, lecturer and Vice consul with the Foreign Office before training as a Modern Pilates teacher and opening the only Pilates and Melt Studio on Anglesey. She has a passion for learning and has attended many courses with different organisations before discovering her new passion The MELT Method which blends so well with Pilates and has help her get out of chronic pain. She is one of only 3 Advance MELT Method and MELTed Pilates teachers in the UK and assists Sue Hitzman the creator of MELT with her UK and European trainings. She believes in reflective practice and is always questioning and analysing what she teaches and why, looking for different ways to improve her practice using the latest research based ideas

Sara Fakih

Sara is a trained personal trainer and yoga instructor in Ashtanga, Rocket, Mandala, Yin and Buti yoga. She comes from a dance and fitness background and teaches Mash it Up dancehall with huge passion as well as freestyle dance and H.I.I.T classes.

She firmly believes in bridging the gap within the fitness and yoga worlds; allowing people to let go in both dance and in yoga! Strengthen your body and mind, bring in some inner peace, let go and get lost in the music!

Sara Petit

Hi, I am Sara Petit, mum of two and a qualified Totally Shredded®, Zumba® and Jungle Body Instructor/Ambassador.
Previously I had attended the odd fitness class but was never disciplined enough to attend on a regular basis. My sister in law dragged me to Zumba® and I was instantly hooked. I loved it so much that I then decided to train as a Zumba Instructor. I started running my own classes and that's then met Carly Linnecor. She was also a natural so I approached her to see if she would be interested in training as an instructor.
I then discovered The Jungle Body programme. I passed the instructors course in March 2013 and became a UK Jungle Body Ambassador in June 2013. I am now qualified in all five programs. I have run various UK Instructors workshops and presented the programs at various Fitness Weekends/Conventions and am proud to do so. These programs are amazing, easy to follow and yet so effective.
The latest programme I qualified in that blew me away is Totally Shredded® Fitness. Drum and base music creates an amazing atmosphere in these high intensity combat workouts. I absolutely love these classes.
At 38 I feel the fittest I have ever been and at last can say I am comfortable in my own skin. It has given me confidence, helped me greatly with my anxiety issues and keeps me fit, healthy and alert.

Shey Shehovic

Shey joined the U.K Les Mills Team in 2007 and is now a Les Mills Master Trainer for BODYJAM™, BODYCOMBAT™ and SH'BAM. Her credentials include a scholarship with the Bolshoi Ballet Company and more than 20 years of experience in the world of Dance.

Shey studied at the Royal Academy of Dance London and Laban School of Contemporary Dance London and has featured as a backing dancer to the Sugar Babes, Tori Amos, featured in Music Videos for 2 Unlimited, Eric Morillo, and danced in the West End show- "Fame".
She is also the creator and choreographer of " Dance Fusion" a dance program featuring Alesha Dixon for The L.A Fitness chain of gyms.

Shey currently has an existing career as an actress with more than a dozen film and tv roles to date, whilst sharing the passion of dance and fitness, training hundreds of people around the U.K. In her spare time she is known to visit Thailand and kick some butt in Muay Thai.

Stacey Waite

Stacey is a Faculty Instructor and Master Trainer for The Register of Kettlebell Professionals, delivering Kettlercise, H.Core and Combat-MX instructor courses.

Stacey regularly presents Kettlercise instructional DVD's to the instructor network and is also a presenter on the Kettlercise Lean in-14 DVD box-set.
Stacey is also a Master trainer for ICG indoor cycling group.

Steve Tansey

With 14 years experience in fitness industry, 11 years as UK National Trainer and Presenter for Les Mills, ex Mr UK for NABA and with a MSc in strength and conditioning, Steve has a wealth of experience and knowledge in educating and presenting.

He is Les Mills UK Senior National Trainer and Presenter for BodyCombat, BodyPump and GRIT, managing, lecturing and presenting around the Europe in fitness seminars, conventions, Quarterly workshops and module courses.

Sue Dawson

Sue has been teaching since 1990 she runs various retreats and workshops, and is a mentor for instructors wanting more confidence and growth from their teaching, cuing and embodiment. Sue is fully certified Stott Pilates instructor, Garuda teacher, Franklin Method Educator, Master Trainer for FKPro Pilates Suspension, Aerial Pilates Teacher and a Body and Energy Worker Her sessions are dynamic, intuitive, integrative and rewarding. She is extremely approachable, fun and empathic which makes training an absolute joy.

Sue Hudson

Fit4Tap Founder and Director Sue Allen Hudson has over 30 years professional dance and fitness work experience in both performance and teaching. Inspired by the Dance Fitness movement, Sue saw an opportunity and with a burning desire to fuse Tap Dance and Fitness together founded and created 'Fit4Tap' in January 2015. Starting her very first Fit4Tap classes with her already established dance fitness clientele, the class took off immediately and is growing daily.

Yoga instructor Thierry Giunta is the inventor and founder of BeamBlock. French born, but living in the UK since 1997, Thierry has over 20 years' experience teaching yoga nationally and internationally. Thierry was headhunted to be the personal trainer of Madonna's personal trainer. The BeamBlock concept began to pick up pace last year when Founder Thierry appeared on Dragon's Den and impressed the 'Dragons' with is forward-thinking approach to flexibility training. Tori has great experience filming for Les Mills and presenting at fitness events around the world, as well as training hundreds of people to becoming Les Mills Instructors. For Tori the best part of her job is meeting so many incredible people and having the privilege of helping them with their health and wellbeing journey through Group Fitness. Zahra has been involved in the fitness industry since 2007, where she found her love when she was studying for her sports science degree at university. 2016 was the start of Zahra's journey with ICG. Moving forward, Zahra is now a UK master trainer and presenter delivering training, education and events to other fitness professionals around the country. Zahra believes in bringing passion and fun to her training ,so that her love for the ICG products can be passed onto everyone she trains and educates. A little bit about me, I have over 30 years experience in the fitness industry. Originating from the Caribbean I started my fitness career at the famous Sandals Resorts as a Gym Manager. I've progessed over the years as a Fitness Instructor, Dance Instuctor, Yoga Instructor, Aqua Fitness Instructor, and also became one of the dynamic team of Waterfitness to qualify as a Hyro Fitness Instructor and also teach to Instructor level in Aqua Fitness, HydroRyder and Aqua Hydro Yoga.
It doesn't stop there, I also run studio classes in a number of clubs in the London and West Sussex regions. You could say I really enjoy my work, but I have a reputation of delivering a energetic hard workout sesson, not for the faint hearted which people seem to love and come back for more. I would describe myself as highly motivating, outgoing and positive attitude and love music and thrive on energy I get back from my clients. I enjoy Fitness Fiesta as theres a great vibe and I have been attending for a number of years at venues throughout the country with WaterFitness.
